Terms & Conditions
Our Approach
At Adelaide Winery Tours, we work hard to create memorable experiences that feel effortless, well organised and genuinely enjoyable.
As the organiser of your group, you play an important role in helping us deliver a great day out. You are our primary point of contact and are responsible for ensuring all members of your group are aware of these Terms & Conditions before travelling.
Most guests are fantastic. Occasionally, however, excessive alcohol consumption or poor behaviour can negatively impact drivers, venues, other guests and the wider community. These conditions exist to ensure everyone enjoys a safe, enjoyable and professional experience.
By making an enquiry, paying a deposit or confirming a booking, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms & Conditions, including our Behaviour Standards, Additional Costs and Bond Conditions.
Behaviour Standards
We ask all guests to behave respectfully towards drivers, venue staff, fellow passengers and members of the public at all times.
Where alcohol is permitted, responsible consumption is expected.

• Commercially produced ready-to-drink beverages
Not permitted:
- Red wine

• Liqueurs
Security bonds apply for every event and are refundable at our absolute discretion following satisfactory feedback from drivers, hosts and venue partners.
